Liz was very knowledgeable in many areas, from construction to decoration after being raised in a blue collar household. She thoughtfully directed us toward updated mechanical fixtures, and was helpful navigating what could be a semi stressful process for buying our new home. Liz made our process a breeze and smooth as can be.. Any question we could think to come up with it felt like she had been rehearsing the answer since before we walked onto a showing. Lastly just wanted to compliment on being so flexible with times of showings. We were thankful for Liz being willing to crunch in showing after showing, sometimes 8-9oclock in the evening working with our toddlers and her families schedules. last but not least, as if that wasn’t enough, on our closing day, and this Christmas, she left us a complimentary closing gift package and custom “first Christmas” ornament were a great addition!

Liz was amazing! After some much NEEDED gentle persuasion we listed our house and the rest is history. As first time sellers we were nervous about pretty much everything…Liz took care of it all walking us through each step of the process. I’m so thankful for the thought and attention she gave to all the details!

Liz helped me find and buy my first home. Through the whole process she was very friendly and informative. She made sure I understood every step of the way and explained throughly if I didn’t. She always made sure I knew my rights and when I could have a say in the process. She went above and beyond to getting us a housewarming gift and months later even a Christmas gift. We appreciate her kindness to give me such a great first experience with buying a home!

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say. Buying my first home has been a journey, none the less! I can’t even keep track of how many houses I’ve seen. Liz sent me this listing & I knew it was outta my budget, but she was still able to talk me into it & well look where I am now! Liz made this process so extremely easy, she was there every step of the way, no matter the time! If she wasn’t there for me, Marty was right there to help me, which I’m forever thankful for! I didn’t think the day would come, that I would close on my OWN home, but September 4th 2024 it was a sealed deal! Liz is super great at her job & she has a great team working with her too. Any questions that were had, she answered and explained it so well. When I didn’t know what in the heck was going on or the “language” they used, she was right there to ensure I understood it all! This TRUE team is simply the best, I promise you won’t regret one minute! I was even surprised with a Christmas gift for my son and I, with a personalized ornament from Liz which was so thoughtful! One of the most meaningful ornaments that will be placed on our tree each year! I can’t say this enough, but THANK YOU! I’m so grateful to have gotten to work alongside Liz and Marty during this whole time, and was finally to call this place MY OWN!

Had a great experience working with Liz! She had an answer to every question we had. Shes willing to work with your schedule and make everything happen. She made the fist time home buying a very great experience! Would recommend her to anybody that wants to sell or buy a home!
