My first conversation with Turpin Realtors about selling our property was with Alaina Pyontek the Bernardsville office manager. My wife and I invited Alaina to come visit our home so she could get an idea of what we were trying to sell and determining the appropriate price to go to market with. Over the next two weeks Elizabeth gathered the information she needed and presented it to Kathleen and me along with her strategy which turned out to play out exactly as anticipated. After about 9 days on the market we had an opportunity to evaluate 12 separate offers and selected the one that made the most sense for us. With about 8 weeks until the close date Elizabeth stayed on top of all deliverables and assisted with every aspect of the action items. She effectively managed all communications between ourselves and the Buyers and minimized any surprises along the way.
