I've bought and sold many houses, and she is by far one of the most professional and caring realtors' that I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
Elizabeth was absolutely great to work with and very patient with us and all of our texting and calls. She helped us get an amazing home that is even better than we could have imagined! AND she didnt ditch us right after closing she was there to help is with getting set up in our home and make sure everything is set up to our liking. There's no one better than her out there for the northern Colorado area!
Elizabeth was fabulous. I had tried my luck with other realitors and no matter what I would say I never looked at what I was interested in. Then Elizabeth came into our lives. My husband was deployed during the time of searching for a house so I was all ready stressed. She made it so easy. I gave her a list and I mean a LIST of things I wanted in a house, same Neighborhood, same schools for our girls, in a cul-de-sac, a mountain view, Ect. We looked at probably 20 houses and then I finally found one. Even though it said move in ready on the listing it wasn't. As Elizabeth and I walked through the house she started talking with the other realtor especially For carpet allowance. I put an offer in on the house that day with things I wanted fixed. Elizabeth went back and forth with the other realtor atleast 5 times. Finally I got what my husband and I wanted in a house. I had to get an inspection on the house. I had no idea who to use or how to find someone so She gave me a few referrals. The day I moved in the previous owners moved out. The house was a mess. I sent her pictures and asked her, "is this what I'm suppose to move in to?" She sent me a cleaning crew. (I've never heard of that before). Elizabeth walked me through each step of house buying. She made this process very smooth and enjoyable, which it should be. I have and would continue to recommend Elizabeth to anyone who was in need for a realtor. She was professional, understanding and amazing to work with. I would use her again if we ever decided to move.
