It was our pleasure to work with her. The first thing comes to my mind when thinking about her is that she is honest, welcoming and knowledgeable. She has a good sense of the market; we tracked a few houses that we visited and the sold prices were very close to what she predicted. What impressed us most is that she has a great communication capability; she interacts well with almost every seller's agent and got a bunch of info through the communications, like the number of offers they have, their price expectations and etc. One house for which we didn't accept the counter offer was closed exactly at the price she told us, which is amazing. You don't really feel being pushed and do feel all questions are answered before a decision can be comfortably made. She could be even more helpful if more drawbacks of a house could be pointed out frankly. Overall we highly recommend her.
