I met Liz through Instagram when I was searching for a realtor for my move to Florida, and what started as a professional connection quickly turned into a friendship I genuinely treasure. This was my second home purchase and the third home we went under contract with after the first two fell through. Elizabeth is truly the best realtor anyone could ask for. She did SOOO much more than find us a house. She was there for us during such a hard and stressful time in our life. She took care of all the complicated behind the scenes tasks so that we could focus on the fun part of buying a home. She is so knowledgeable about everything, and thought about things we didn’t even know existed. She was our advocate along the whole process and it was clear that she truly cared about us. Being from out of state and being first time home buyers we were so worried about not knowing the area, and not knowing where to even begin in the home buying journey. Liz has been the backbone of this journey. We are a military family who was able to purchase a house out of state. She is very knowledgeable about real estate and the Jacksonville area. We were able to find the perfect house within our budget and in a great neighborhood. She provided pictures and videos of the home and was even present during the inspections! She’s just one phone call away. She responds quick and has advocated for us more times than we can count. Liz even picked up on subtle things that we weren’t aware of! If we’d have to do it all over, there’s no doubt that we’d choose Liz again.

Liz is the absolute best. Very interested in who we are, what’s important to us and what’s best for us. Moving from out of town we were completely comfortable buying a house knowing we were in great hands with her. She is on top of everything, even giving us info on places to eat, things to do in the area, giving us contacts for local services and contacts for work. Elizabeth has made our out of state military move absolutely a breeze! Within 24 hours of hiring her, she got us under contract on a dream new build, LOW interest rate, negotiated for additional upgrades, and only $1500 down! Being a military family comes with its hurdles and Elizabeth took away all the stress of finding a new home in an unfamiliar area. We were impressed with your tech savvy skills, ability to market real estate and her professionalism. Elizabeth is knowledgable about real estate, especially in the St. Johns County. She is also very hard-working, takes a proactive approach so that problems do not arise, has strong communications skills with both the seller and the buyers' agent. She created a fabulous video and photos that really highlighted our property and got our property sold. We highly recommend Elizabeth. She is one of the BEST realtors on the First Coast.
