Betsi was very eager and willing to help in any way possible. She walked us through the process and was there to help every step of the way. Even when some things went wrong with clearing out the contents she pitched in and helped us solve the issue. She was always available and responded to any request quickly. She is very friendly and engaging. Betsi is a get it done type of person which is very helpful when you don't know the ins and outs of how something works.

As executor of my mother’s estate, I was responsible for getting her house sold when she died. Trying to sell a house at long distance seemed like a daunting task but Betsi made it easy with her numerous contacts and resources to handle repairs, cleaning, etc. In the same way, she was able to help my sisters in their transition to new accommodations. She’s also connected with a great title company that handled all the paperwork. She has a good sense of the market and knows how to value a property accordingly. I feel that we got the best price possible for our house. Betsi realizes that selling a house is more than a transaction, it’s a journey for the seller, sometimes with unforeseen challenges. She was there for us every step of the way and was accessible to answer any questions that came up. She truly cares about her clients and about helping them through the entire process. Several of my friends in recent years have told me about their unhappy experiences in hiring the wrong agent to sell their houses. I feel fortunate to have found the right one.

Betsi is awesome! She’s super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Betsi has a wealth of knowledge for the Portland/Washington area and provides invaluable guidance when considering different neighborhoods. It’s so fun to walk through a house with her and hear what she points out as positives and potential issues that could come up in an inspection. She knows what she’s talking about and knows when she’s looking at a house that will be a good investment in the future. I highly recommend having her as your agent!

Betsi is absolutely fabulous! She was there for us every step of the way, always answering my stupid and more than likely repetative questions. She was always on call . No matter what she was doing in her personal life, she was always just a text away for ne. If you want an excellent knowledgeable realtor who is friendly and always there for you, she is it!
