Beth was a rock star from the very first. I knew she was going to be great already, as she had helped my grandparents on their move to Utah, but even that was not enough to prepare me for the work she would put in for me. From the beginning, Beth had an intimate knowledge of what to expect from any house and property in any area I was looking in, showing me options and letting me know the pros and cons of what we were looking at. When we made our move for this house she showed an incredible initiative in tracking down the needed documents, communicating with all relevant parties, and negotiating the price to the highest possible satisfaction. Beth went above and beyond anything I could or even would have expected from anyone, and the care and pride she took in her work was of the highest calibre. I would and do recommend her to anyone and everyone. I cannot express enough just how much she impressed the socks off of me!
