Elizabeth is an all around incredible realator! We had to sell our home during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic from across the country after the home had been a rental for several years and our renters decided to vacate the property. She both calmed our fears and provided invaluable guidance from the moment the renters vacated through the final sale. She completed an initial walk through to provide suggestions for needed repairs, assisted with connecting us with contractors to complete the repairs and upgrades, and had a wonderful eye for assiting with aesthetic choices to appeal to buyers. She was wonderfully pleasant to work with and helped us get top dollar very quicly for our home in an incredibly stressful time. We cannot thank her enough and we highly recommend her.
