Sally and Elizabeth are truly amazing! They listed our house on 9/22 and closed escrow with an all cash, far over asking, offer on 10/19. It was easy and seamless. They personally primped our house with amazing orchid arrangements, decorative pillows, plants, and rugs. They staged one room in need of attention. They coordinated the photographer who also did the drone work. Everything was extremely professional and was fun. They know how to sell a home! With Sally and Elizabeth, you also get a third Schoeffel - Sarah - who is a social media whiz. Her "coming soon" post the day before the official listing went viral with over 30k views in about two hours. I cannot say enough about how awesome this team was!! Love them!

Elizabeth made our first home buying experience an ENJOYABLE and PAINLESS one and for that we could not be more grateful! She was absolutely wonderful on all fronts! This was our first time buying property, or really dealing with a realtor, so of course we were a little hesitant at first (because we were not very knowledgeable on the subject). Elizabeth went well out of her way to ensure that we were comfortable at all times, understanding any and all information, and were given all information/options before making any decisions.
