My husband and I had the best experience with Liz! She is incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the home buying process and she held our hand through each and every step. Liz was an amazing advocate for us and made sure that we had the very best people on our team. From our mortgage broker and escrow office, to the home inspector and termite guys, Liz researched and helped us choose an incredible team of professionals. Liz was a constant encourager through the process and would often call us to check in during stressful times. She always answered all of our questions and helped us make informed decisions along the way. Liz helped us get our dream home and we are so thankful for her!

Liz was our agent when we bought our new house. She was available to us at anytime and able to answer our questions.We didnt feel like Liz was just our agent. Our experience with Liz can not be explained into words. Agents deal with many clients at any given time, but my wife and I always felt like we were her only ones. She accommodated every request we had and communicated with us every time we needed her. She met with us, even with the shortest notice, to take the time to show us homes. Being a first time buyer we were very fortunate to have Elizabeth Brine as our realtor. Her professional attitude and attention to detail truly was a great asset to us when we were looking for our first home. Our first meeting we had gone over what we were looking for in a house layout, the specific kind of property (Single home vs. Town Home), Location, and most importantly the Price. She was able to provide us a list of homes to choose from that had our specific needs mentioned and was with us every step of the way showcasing the homes we had chosen to look at. During the Bidding process Elizabeth was able to answer all the questions we had about the bidding paperwork and explained in detail what exactly the comments meant in each phase of the bid. She was very prompt with her response not only to us but also to the sellers realtor to ensure the process ran smooth. Through out the whole process she made sure we had not only the best price possible but every little detail written out on the bid that we would not of thought to include (thank you Elizabeth... I do love the fridge!). At closing she was still present to answer any questions I had in the escrow process and was able to calm our nerves. At long last receiving keys to our first house by her, we realized how much work she had done to make the experience as painless as possible. Our fortune was not just finding an amazing realtor but a great friend that helped us along the way. We were so happy with our experience that we referred her to our family members and she was able to locate and help my sister purchase her first home as well.
