I have had the pleasure of working with Liz in both the buying and selling aspects. She is an absolute pleasure to work with! When I was buying a home on Anna Maria Island. She took the time to listen to what I really wanted and could afford. She never tried to show me anything that was above my budget or did not fit the description of my preferences. When I was selling, she made sure that I got the best price for my home. She does not apply any pressure to a client and treated me as if I was the most important client she had in both instances. She also makes the paperwork side of the buying/selling process extremely easy. In conclusion, I will never use another realtor for any property transactions in the Anna Maria or Bradenton area.... she is a gem!
