Elizabeth Belville

I could tell Elizabeth was uniquely different as an real estate broker the first day she showed houses to me. She does all of the little things really well that make a difference as a whole. For example, she had all of the listings we would see that day ready and placed in a very professional looking binder. I did end up buying a house through Elizabeth and I really appreciate having her represent me as she knows the local market, is a tough negotiator, knows good inspectors, and communicated well the various aspects of the real estate buying process. Elizabeth is very easy to deal with and we enjoyed working with her so much that she now represents us on a house that we are trying to rent out.
