ELIZABETH BABER

We arrived in Staunton from FL and had no idea where to begin. Drove by a property listed by Elizabeth and gave her a call late on a Saturday. She met us there on Sunday afternoon and was very patient, helpful and informative. A few weeks later, we returned and suddenly needed to find a house to buy IMMEDIATELY. We sent Elizabeth several listings of interest. She set aside an entire Friday just for us and had lined up our showings in advance. Turns out she FIRST took us to a property that was not on our list. We saw several others that day, as a pro forma exercise, but ultimately we bought the house she found for us! She understood what we needed and the house we bought was exactly what we were looking for. In addition, we had only a few days in the house before our furniture arrived and we wanted to have the living room, dining room and kitchen painted beforehand. We asked Elizabeth to recommend a painter. Instead, she and her husband came and did the painting for us! WOW! Can't imagine a better real estate experience than that. I can't recommend Elizabeth Baber highly enough.
