Liz exceeded all my expectations of what it would be like to work with a realtor in Miami Beach. She walked us through the whole process and made it effortless and comfortable for us to figure out where we would live while we were busy transitioning from outside the country. - she took time out of her Sunday afternoon to meet us, - By Sunday night she prepared a collection of houses that fit our needs and budget for us to conveniently browse from afar and comment on - On the house sighting day, she greeted us with a freshly printed customized booklet of all the houses we would scout, with a map and a section for us to take notes - She patiently attended to back and forth emails on our behalf and responded to the many late night texts - It took a total of a week and a half from the first meeting we had with Liz to our move-in day, keys in hand -She even brought us a house warming gift on our walkthrough on move-in day! - Was generally extremely helpful and proactive about any questions or concerns we had I couldn't recommend Liz more. She is not only highly professional and knowledgeable, but also kind and relatable and a wonderful person all around.
