Elizabeth Allen

I was originally referred to Elizabeth 10 years ago when we were looking for our first house in Newport. She helped us buy that first house and was outstanding. Made sure we understood the market, neighborhood (The Point), understanding Lead Paint because we had two small children etc. When we decided 10 years later to sell our house and buy on Historic Hill she helped us sell that house for 2x what we paid for it! But she also helped us buy a historic house that needed a lot of work. She got us multiple contractors (including the best contractor in Newport) to walk through the home and give us prices so we could make a responsible offer knowing how much work needed done. We offered significantly lower than the asking price and won the deal! I'm now working with the contractor to gut the house and rebuild it from the studs up. This house will be in our family for generations and Elizabeth made it happen! Buying or selling I would go with Elizabeth every time!
