She basically did everything after we decided on a house, it was super easy, especially since we were still living out of town. She is was very honest and transparent. Now she is helping us find our forever home and I couldn’t feel like I am in better hands. She is truly amazing.
Elizabeth was really exceptional to work with from beginning to end. This was our first time buying a house and we didn't really know what we wanted or even where it should be exactly. She was very accommodating, helpful, patient, etc., etc., as we flailed about in our search for six months or so. And also she's just a chill person to work with, not a cheesy realtor-type. (Sorry for stereotyping realtors) We would happily work with her again and definitely recommend working with her to anyone.
Elizabeth is an amazing agent. The entire customer experience was perfect. When I wanted something that was outside of the norm she figured it out and made it happen. She fought for things in the contract that would make my life easier years from now, without me knowing it. It was clear she wants her clients to have the best home and buying process imaginable. Amazing realtor. There was roadwork in front of the house that started after the inspections but before closing and she dealt with a skidish buyer and a very complicated sale. She got us an above asking offer with all our contingencies met. She was responsive to my all hours pestering :) and knew real estate law and processes like the back of her hand. We have used a bunch of other agents before finding Elizabeth and I have to say she is the best there is!
