Home shopping in the past has taken weeks and weeks! Being in San Antonio and looking for a home in Fort Worth--I thought would take a long while! Without much pre-planning, I scheduled a Saturday and Sunday to come up and check some places out with Elise Sessions. She showed me through 5 homes on Saturday, exactly in my price range and found two of them that I planned to make offers on, and didn't even need the Sunday to keep looking. .One was already under contract by the time I had returned to San Antonio Saturday night, but we made an offer on the 2nd one that was eventually accepted--with excellent advice from Elise through the negotiations. I moved in about a month later! Elise is still keeping tabs on me as I get acclimated to the new area and I would recommend anyone buying or selling in the DFW area talk to her first! She is awesome!
Saved me over $50,000! Working with the Harrison Wade Group was an excellent experience. Elise was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during showings, she was very easy to work with and accommodating with my crazy schedule. Even when Elise was unavailable Mickey went out of her way to help me. Elise’s experience proved exceptionally valuable when a plumbing issue was found during an inspection. She was able to work with the selling agent and ended up securing concessions of over $50,000 which included a new plumbing system, foundation repairs with an engineer’s report and a brand new roof.
