I moved to another state prior to selling the home and it needed some updating so I had to depend on Elise. She did several things that sold the house: 1) Reached out to others who buy/sell properties for the "appeal factor". 2) Managed all of the work and even recommended contractors that proved excellent. 3) Arranged for our own inspection to anticipate buyer's inspections. 4) She then brought me a buyer who submitted a very acceptable price but with complicated terms which I accepted because she was managing it. 5) She put me in touch with an attorney to close the transaction with no issues (the house was owned by my trust). I highly recommend Elise - she couldn't have done a better job.
