Elisabeth arrived early on our first meet, had great market knowledge of my area and shared this data with me to lay out a great plan for selling. Her timeliness of responsind to emails / calls / texts was admirable, dog friendly (which was a huge plus to me for showings where I couldn't take my dog out), and was very helpful throughout the whole selling process. Highly recommend her.

Ultimately, our house sold which is what we needed. Unfortunately, it took us holding Elisabeths feet to the flame. There were multiple hiccups along the way that we felt were avoidable and after speaking with Elisabeth on numerous occasions that was indeed the case. It was at that point Elisabeth stepped up and regained her focus. I must say, overall, I'm happy we sold our home and for over asking price. However, we will be doing things much differently the next time we need a Realtor.
