My initial contact with Elisa was as the sellers agent. Being new to home-buying experience, I asked her if she would be my agent as well. She agreed but also took the time to make it clear that there will be defined boundaries in her roles as the sellers AND buyers agent and will not be any conflict of interest. This became clearer during negotiations around the inspection report as well as post-contract discussions about various appliances. She was responsive in her communications, made clear all the options available and acted in my best interest despite her dual role. Her personally staying in the same neighborhood also made getting history of the area a lot easier. In late fall I began my search for my home.
