Ok, I interviewed 6 realtors to sell my house--for two reasons. I wanted to find the best, well-qualified, personable, relationship-building, smart, savvy realtor I could find to represent me. We sold the house in 11 days, with four offers. She met the financial goal of selling the house, and of course, she negotiated all of the complex nuances of contracts, closing arrangements, dealing with the new owners, property management companies for HOA, etc.... She made it so easy, and she was kind the entire time.....she became like a family member helping me to ensure smooth transitions.
