Patients.......this women has the patience of a saint. She knew what and where we wanted but the market just didn't cooperate so when we started looking outside our desired area she found some diamonds! When we ultimately chose our forever home she made the negotiations go seamlessly. We got what we wanted for the price we wanted even when the market today is not forgiving.
