My husband and I began our home search in March of 2021. The housing market was booming and we were having a really hard time finding a realtor who would give us the time of day. After that, our friend reached out and that same day we were getting acquainted and making plans to see homes. Fast forward to looking for properties. Elisa drove all over Gods green earth to show us whatever property we were interested in, but also was very honest with us about the homes we did send her. Elisa walked us through things from how square footage is determined to school zoning for the home and everything in between. During walk throughs, she would show us things that could be potential problems in the home as well as ways in which the home stood out against others in our price range. She took the time to explain everything she did when submitting offers and always helped us put our best offer forward. All in all we looked at 47 homes; yep you read that right, FORTY SEVEN homes in two months. We submitted offers on 5, two were accepted, one we backed out of due to the inspection. The last home we submitted an offer on was our favorite out of all the homes we saw and we got it! We were ecstatic! We have been in our new home for nine months and we still always talk about how much we love it. Elisa went above and beyond for my husband and I. Not only was she the most knowledgeable realtor I have ever met, she is hilarious, kind, and a genuinely compassionate person. Her tenacity is unmatched amongst others. Elisa helped us prepare to sell our Condo. She drafted up a great Listing with pictures etc. to engage potential buyers. Once listed, she worked with us on the various viewings and bids that came in on the Condo. Ultimately we got above our asking price which was great and unexpected.
