I wish I could give this agent 10 stars!! I had a horrible experience with a previous agent/broker, and Elisa redeemed my faith in real estate agents. I had to downsize and sell my property, while going through probate. It was such a long and tedious process. Elisa was more the patient during this process. She never sounded annoying or rushed me off the phone. She took the stress from me and handled the attorney interactions. She ALWAYS had my best interest in mind and took the time to explain everything to me, step by step. She knows her “stuff” regarding real estate. If she doesn’t know the answer, she is not afraid to tell you and then find out the right answer, for you. She is very trustworthy and great communicator. She gives honest feedback and great constructive criticism. She was able to get above asking price for my property and we closed last week! This was a very personal and difficult transaction for my family, and Elisa handled it with the utmost respect and a caring heart.
