Elisa is very organized. Acknowledged every request and guided us on multiple transactions. We sold a house, purchased a new build and moved into a rental a property with her assistance. Elisa was there for us 5 months after the transactions were completed when we were having problems with the rental company and asked for some guidance on what we should do.
