Elisa is truly a remarkable person and agent. From the first time my husband and I met her, we knew we wanted her to be our agent. Oddly, we had just started the house hunting process and we randomly selected Elisa to help us view a new home we saw on Zillow. Immediately, after meeting her we felt she had the integrity and knowledge to be our representative to sell and buy. Elisa also found us an amazing new home and through some tough negotiations worked with us closely to create a win/win for all parties. She was incredible to work with and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an honest, personable and truly professional agent.

When buying a home, one would hope that everything goes smoothly. 95% of agents I’ve delt with show houses, process sales and collect a commission. But then there’s a small 5% of agents who can save deals, make things happen and save a dream on the brink of a collapse back into a reality. That’s when you really hope you have an agent that falls into that 5%, and that’s what she did for me. It’s unfair to even call this woman an agent, because she did so much more. She handled making everything happen, she took over the complex job of having to deal with other agents, my attorney, my mortgage broker all the way through making sure everything was perfect so the deal happened. I even saw her do other people’s jobs when they weren’t working hard enough for me by helping push along the process of another closing that needed to happen so mine would. Before this process I believed that the agents role was diminishing now that so much is handled online, I found out I was truly wrong and was so happy I had an agent in the top 5% that made a dream come true. Hopefully, your deals go smoothly, but when they don’t, you will be happy shes in your corner. Thank you Elisa, It truly would not have happened without you.

Buying our new home was a wonderful experience with Alissa as our agent. She was knowledgeable, honest and receptive to our needs. Alissa was always available to answer our questions.
