This guy is on point, if he doesn’t know the answer he will find out the answer and call u back. Eli stayed on top of us through the whole process of buying our home. He was there for the first viewing, the home inspection, the bank appraisal, an additional negotiation, the final walk thru, and finally the closing! We still speak on the phone about home repairs and upgrades. Eli is very knowledgeable and has several contacts with plumbers, electricians, gardeners, ect…. I mean the is guy is a one stop shop. You want to buy a home here in Florida like we did? Call him if you want someone trustworthy and will take the time to have a conversation with you about what you are looking for in a home.
