We were purchasing property in a new, unfamiliar community and needed a high quality condo near bus lines and the city center, and a low HOA fee. Elithia did a great job of helping us find potential properties that matched our needs. She helped us work through the selection process, got us in to see the properties quickly and efficiently, helped us figure out an appropriate offer and work through the purchase and move in process. In addition, when their were things we didn't know (like what was included in the HOA fee or how do we go about getting a few repairs to the property approved after we own it) she figured out what was needed and how to get it done before we committed to the purchase. In addition, she is a great person who will do her best to help you get what you need. I recommend her very highly.
