Ms. Sari was always responsive and followed thru on anything we asked of her. She did several video walkthroughs which was really not an obligation and we appreciated that. There were a few bits of information requested that she was unclear on but none of them were deal breakers. As this home had not been lived in for some (unknown) period of time, a clearer picture of the circumstances would have been helpful, but overall a good experience.
