You will not find better than Elena. Hands down! Elena was our real estate point person as we planned our massive move across the country to AZ. Not only was she extremely informative on areas and neighborhoods, but she was transparent and open through the whole process. If their were any concerns about a house or area, she would be upfront and honest about every detail. I was very impressed by her super fast responsiveness at any time of day or night, and was always one step ahead of everything. She would go video tour homes or neighborhoods for us and provide us with a detailed description of the property as well as any concerns she had. She was super driven and on the ball with everything. I could always count on her if I needed an answer or had a question. She was truly a fantastic partner during this whole process. Closing day she brought us a fun gift basket and bottle of champagne, and to this day she checks in on our family to make sure we are doing well in the transition. If you want 5 star service from start to finish- she is your girl. You can fully trust her to lead you through the process in an honest way and make you feel like her only client. We were referred to Elena and what a great referral. I felt like I could call her anytime of the day and she would answer and be patient with me the whole time. I have been involved with real estate transactions before and never have I felt so much like part of a family that would do anything for each other. When we finally got to the house, it was 9:30 at night and the water was shut off for some reason. The only person I could think of calling was Elena hoping she would answer and she did and helped me find the emergency line for the water company and less than a half hour later the water was back on.
