Elena is fast and really knowledgeable. She communicates well with you and shows sincere interest. Always a great experience working with her!

Elena has been great to work with. This is the second home since 2003 she has helped us to purchase as our Buyer's Agent. My wife and I were looking for a home closer to my place of employment that would cut down on an approximate 3.5 hour daily round-trip commute - in order to spend more time as a family and reduce the wear-and-tear on my vehicle. When the housing prices were more inflated in Q3 to early Q4 of 2023 - she encouraged us to wait. When I started looking to buy in lower priced communities further out from my place of employment, Elena simply asked reasoning questions that led me to understand that my situation wouldn't change, just my home address. Elena is very adept at explaining the home buying process and the paperwork involved. She walked us through hundreds of pages and explained what was most important; what pertained to the seller and what pertains to us - the buyer. Processes have changed drastically since 2003, however, Elena's knowledge of Real Estate in the post COVID-19 market made what seemed to be an insurmountable closing process - understandable and achievable. Elena has been a pleasure to work with.

Elena and I just closed on my home last week. She was very helpful with advice to help me with some difficult road blocks we encounter to get my home sold. Thanks a million Elena for all your help!!!
