We are from out of town with limited knowledge of the Miami area. That said, we thought the Aventura area would be the best fit. Simona was the perfect agent: she has a deep knowledge of the Aventura area and was quickly able to guide us to options that met all of our criteria. She was thorough in all of the work on our behalf - anticipating and asking all the right questions. We (really I) am pretty picky, and she left no last detail or stone unturned. In one case I insisted that the sq footage of the unit we were evaluating was incorrect. She went to extraordinary lengths to confirm, while still remaining calm and respectful to all parties. It was a tough market with rejected offers and a few heartbreaks along the way, but through it all Simona was a gem!
