Having interviewed multiple local realtors in Sarasota, I chose Elena to assist me with a house search and purchase while I was out of state, and I had no regrets. Elena has been a pleasure to work with during the entire process and took a great care of my needs. I found her to be very experienced, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, positive, and supportive. She knows how to have your offer accepted, provides good guidance, shares cons and pros of various strategies and gives you various options to consider when making an offer. Elena doesn’t put any pressure on you and let you make a final decision. Also, she was very responsive and made herself always available either to show a house, place an offer or address any questions or obstacles faced during the process. She goes above and beyond to meet the client’s expectations. Additionally, she has a great network in the area and happily shared contacts of inspectors, closing agents, contractors, and others, which was very helpful to me given I was not local.
