She did everything I asked for

I was a recent widow totally clueless about what to do with my house and possessions. I started with a renovation of my house and would continue to live there after it was done. I relocated to another community and decided to stay. Thus I needed to go from a 3 bedroom house down to a one bedroom unit. I placed a post on Nextdoor about finding an Estate Sale company to help get rid of my possessions. Up popped Elena, she let me know she could assist me and oh by the way I can sell your house too. She sure did, in record time, mind you it was no more than 1 month. My house sold for a tad less than the starting asking price. It was painless, once I signed the contract she took total control and got the house on the market, kept me informed and became a friend all at the same time. Plus she is beautiful inside and out.
