If you're reading this, you've likely heard of Elena by some means. Stop your search, do yourself a favor and let her take the lead. Take this advice from a person who initially did the opposite. I initially listed my Buckhead condo with another agent suggested by a relocation company in preparation for a work move. Enticed by their home mortgage promo incentive, I passed Elena up. Needless to say, I'm writing this review after returning to her following two tedious, failed offers. After her initial review of my property Elena strongly suggest several improvements on top of those I had already accommodated from the previous agent. By this point, I'm already in another state thousands of miles away, not thrilled about more expenses. Convinced by Elena's confidence, I obliged. She coordinated all of the contractors/cleaners and less than three weeks after listing, we were closed with an offer that covered the additional repairs. I would have saved a couple months of headaches and a few thousand dollars if I had followed the advice above. When the day comes that I return to Georgia, Elena will be my first call.

I recently closed on my condo in Buckhead with Elena as my agent. She is hands down the best agent out there. She was there throughout the process, right from providing recommendations for home upgrades to providing contractor contacts to staging the house to entire sale process all the way to closing and post it too. She patiently answers all your questions and always works with you to get the best outcome. I would highly recommend her as an agent whether it is to buy or sell.

I'm a real estate investor and worked with many agents; after working couple times with Elena I can certainly say she is the best and most professional agent I've ever worked with!!! She communicates often and makes herself available as needed, she knows what she does and she's very professional in her job I Had my property on market for a while (been using a limited service) but couldn't sell. Eventually ended up calling Elena; she showed up there at the exact same time she said, took a look at the property, moved staging stuff around as needed and scheduled a photography on the following day. She and her photographer did an amazing job, and I had my property listed within hours after they left my property. I received a $20k over asking price offer on the same day, and closed the property yesterday. Elena been always available since accepting the offer till the closing day. She did everything to make this process smooth and easy. She is defiantly going to have my business for any future properties I buy/sell.

Elena Gist proved to be an excellent, patient and helpful real estate agent who knows the real estate business well. THE BEST AGENT EVER! Seriously, if you guys need to buy a home, Elena will do whatever it takes to get you your dream home, as She did for us!
