As first time homebuyer, my fiance and I had NO idea where to start! When we first met Elena we had a general area of where we thought we might want to live and an idea of what we thought we might want in a house. After this meeting our eyes and thoughts completely changed! Elena's knowledge of the market and homes itself allowed us to see exactly what we could afford as well as a greater variety of where we could buy. When we finally found our dream home, Elena jumped on communicating with the seller's realtor in securing our offer. She coached us through what to offer, stayed by the phone walking me away from the edge of an emotional cliff while we waited to hear back on our offer and talked us through every little piece of the process. Her amazing efforts didn't stop there... After we had our offer accepted, Elena was at city hall the next day getting ever bit of information on the history of our new house as well as future plans for our neighborhood. She held our hand through the inspection, reaching out several inspectors and secure us an inspector as soon as possible, explaining things through our the inspection, and even envisioning small renovations with me. During the inspection a few things were brought to our attention and she resolved every single one of them with the seller's and their realtor. All the way to closing, Elena was in continuous communication ensuring we understood anything and everything that came along. I cannot speak highly enough for Elena. She is extremely communicative, hands-on, and just all around wonderful. Her go-to attitude makes a complex and stressful process simple and enjoyable! I would recommend Elena to anyone, but especially first-time home buyers like us who had no idea where to start!

We were looking for a house and were referred To Elena by another Agent. Elena was very thorough, professional,patient, easy to talk to, personable, knowledgeable, and very trustworthy. She was the kind of agent that would not tell you on any house.. "yes take it , it is nice" or " that is a good deal " or " Let us put an offer now", she was more like " guys, u can find better" , " be patient, we will find something ", " it is a little over rated )...We felt she was with us on this and did not just want to see to make a profit. I recommend her to anyone who wants to buy a house. You will love her just like we did !

Elena Darter is a wonderful real estate agent. She is knowledgeable, friendly, professional and has a great sense of humor. In the early fall my husband and I started to play with the idea of selling our condo and buying a house. We casually looked with another agent but didn't really feel a connection. While looking at a house on our own we happened to strike up a conversation with the open house agent, Elena! Within a few moments of chatting we knew she would be a great fit for us. Elena quickly learned our wants, needs and must haves in a home. She showed up houses that met as much of our criteria as possible in our budget and sifted out the ones that weren't going to work for us. In the meanwhile, she listed and sold our condo which was smooth sailing and pretty painless. Elena found us a wonderful first home and handled a few bumps in the road impeccably. She knows everyone and can recommend just about any serviceman you could need from electrician to home inspector. I cannot say enough good things about Elena, she is amazing at what she does without being pushy or overbearing and that is so hard to find in the real estate world. I would HIGHLY recommend Elena to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Elena was a breath of fresh air to deal with as our real estate agent. She was helpful, knowledgable, and had many recommendations along the way to assist with various stages of the purchasing process. Always positive and focused on delivering results, I would not hesitate either using Elena again in future real estate transactions as well as recommending her to friends and family for an honest and trustworthy person to assist in one of the most stressful and detail oriented tasks a family can take on.
