My wife and I decided to purchase a vacation home on the Cape and really just randomly picked Ellie while browsing listings one day. We hit the jackpot. Ellie listened to what we were looking for and put in a lot of effort in helping us find a property that matched. She was very thorough, always having packets of information for each property we viewed, and devoted hours of her day to touring properties with us. During the sale she carefully paid attention to every detail to help us avoid a stumble, and was very prompt in replying to emails and calls. Ellie was also very direct and candid with her feedback which we sincerely appreciated. What struck us most was that Ellie put in all this effort for clients who were purchasing at the lower end of the price spectrum. if you look at Ellie's recent sales you'll see properties valued at much, much higher price points than where we were shopping. Yet she still invested a lot of effort and time with us. That's a testament to her character in our opinion. She dedicates the same level of diligence and effort with all clients - regardless of their price point. We would use Ellie again in a heartbeat.

We found Ellie to be extremely professional, efficient, and patient. She gave useful advice on the local market, but wasn't pushy or overselling properties. Regarding the house we did purchase, she was extremely responsive in showing the property and that turned out to be critical in allowing us to make the initial bid. We really enjoyed working with her and recommend her highly.

Over the years we have dealt with many real estate agents as buyers and sellers. No one has listened to our needs with more attention or worked harder to fulfill them than Ellie. She always knew whether a listing would be one we might consider which saved everyone involved time and disappointment. We particularly appreciate Ellie’s continued contact and support during an extended period when our efforts to find a home were delayed because of our personal circumstances.
