Eleanor is a wonderful person and I am very grateful for all she did to sale the property. She will continue as our agent to find us another wonderful property.

Eleanor put a lot of time and effort into selling our condo, and is an amiable, reliable, and trustworthy person that we've been fortunate to work with. Her people skills and excellent real estate knowledge are a true asset to anyone buying or selling a property.

Eleanor was always responsive and very quick. Gave sound advice and suggestions. Would be pleased to use her again or recommend her to anyone!

Eleanor goes out of her way to please her clients. She works nonstop to get her clients to feel comfortable and happy with their transaction. She is highly respected and recommended to get your real estate transactions done.

My agent Eleanor helped me get my condo sold even with me being a long distance away from the property. She made every step of the process easy and I’m happy with getting a quick close cash buyer. Highly recommend.

Eleanor had worked with me over 2 years to find the perfect home. Since I am in another state she was always willing to take the time to show me homes over the phone plus when I could come down to SC. She has an abundance of knowledge about real estate and all the steps it takes to secure the price you are happy with, the steps it takes to get to closing and she was also there that day for me. Through the years she has become more than my realtor. I regard her as a friend and am grateful we met.

I bought and sold from out of town and Eleanor was a.gift from the start. I never had any worries about the process as she took care of everything I needed. She is the person I will always go to for my real estate needs.

We where from out of state had specific wants and needs in a house and with in a short vacation she helped us find our Retirement Home!!! Don’t know what we would have done without her!!!!!

Eleanor Becker was wonderful throughout years of my looking for a place and handling when we made a purchase. She was responsive and willing to help as I changed my mind about what I wanted a number of times. She provided all the information I requested and was great about showing locations and helping with everything I asked. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking in this area.

Eleanor is extremely helpful. She is always there to answer questions, find information for you, just about anything you need to know, she does not mind calling someone to find the answer for you. She has gone above and beyond everything we have needed in purchasing this home. I will highly recommend her when I hear of anyone who is interested in buying or selling a home!

We have been dealing with Eleanor for over 2 years now. She sold us our first property back in 2023, and again now in 2025. She has been so patient with us, and so easy to deal with. She is not pushy, which is why I really enjoyed working with her. I would highly recommend using her, she has been wonderful.
