Elbert provided comparables for my house and gave his expert advice when I priced my home. Although, I was scared my house would sit on the market, I went with his recommendation and listed my home at the high end. After 7 days we received several full price offers. He sat down and provided me a full analysis of each offer and in the end I went with his the buyer he recommended. During escrow, after home inspection was made he was able to negotiate with the buyer’s agent, and agreed that no major repairs were needed for the home. I will be using him again in future real estate transactions and highly recommend him for his professionalism and expert opinion. He was patient and I always felt like he had my best interest in mind.
