She went well above and beyond and physically helped me in so many ways that I could never have imagined asking for. Her knowledge, expertise, and responsiveness are top notch…and beyond that, the level of caring she puts into each client’s unique situation is second to none. I met Elaine while hosting the Open House for the home I was very interested in and ultimately purchased. She was not the Listing Agent, but true to her nature, she filled in at the last minute in a pinch. I was impressed with her knowledge, advice, and professionalism, and so I followed my gut and asked if she would write the offer for me. Here’s where her services began going far above and beyond any agent’s responsibilities. The neighborhood had an annual community sale planned for the same date I was scheduled to close and take possession of the home. Not only did she write and negotiate the offer and guide me every step through the very expedited process, but since the home was vacant and came complete with all of the furnishings, she took it upon herself without my asking to obtain the Seller and her Broker's approval…and she happily insisted on meeting me at my new home every night the week before we closed…solely in helping me prepare to participate in the community sale, which was a huge success! Immediately following the sale, I was able to move into a nearly empty home without having the burden of dealing with unwanted furnishings. Throughout the process, Elaine became my very good friend and for that, I am so grateful. With all she did for me, I thought I might have been a special client for her, but it turns out that she treats all of her clients with the same level of care for their individual situations and does so without selfish intensions. She is hands down the best Realtor I have ever met, came across, or heard about in my 52 years.

You tell Elaine what you want, don't want, must have, etc. She goes through the listing and only presents houses that meet your wants and needs. She is very personable and makes you feel at ease. She is very familiar with the area and you know she has your interest at heart! If I would sell/buy again, don't plan on it - don't want to move again, but if I did, I would call Elaine first.

We recently purchased a home in Cape Coral. We did not live locally, so her assistance was really appreciated. In addition to working with us to pay an acceptable price for the home we wanted, Elaine was exceedingly helpful throughout the whole purchase process. She helped us find a lender, coordinated the inspection, dealt with the local appraisal company, and coordinated with the closing agent. Whenever I had any questions that needed to be addressed, she responded immediately and always with a smile! It was truly a pleasure to work with her!

We were lucky enough to meet Elaine almost 2 years ago. An old friend from high school from up north said he was sick of the cold and wanted to move to Florida. His wife did not. They had a trip planned, and could we arrange for them to look at a few houses? We met Elaine at an open house. We explained the situation and she sent us multiple listings over the course of several weeks. When our friends arrived she had arranged for showings of a few select homes. They fell in love with the second house they saw and suddenly the wife was excited to make the move. She also worked very hard to find our son a “starter” home, even though it would not mean a large commission for her. She led him through the pre-approval process and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately his loan fell through at the last minute, but she still continued working until his earnest money was returned. So happy to have found someone as dedicated and professional as Elaine to work with. Highly recommend.

Elaine really steps to the plate in every possible way. Her response time is as good as it gets. Very meticulous in all facets of helping us buy our home. Can't say enough good things about her dedication.

1st met Elaine Feb, 15 while going through open houses with the thought of moving down here from MI. We went through 5 houses and 5 different realtors that Sunday. We told all basically what we were looking for, bedrooms, baths, garage, pool, etc. Next day she called us with 5 houses to look at if we had the time. We spent time with her looking and did apply for a mortgage, but was told we had to sell our MI house before we could get a house down here. We returned to MI and put our house up, Elaine kept contact during the summer/fall - send new listing that fit our requirements as they came on the market. We we returned to Cape Coral in the late fall - she was ready with houses to view. She knew exactly what we were looking for and that was all she showed us. I have already set her up with my brother later this month for him to look at housed and would recommend her to anyone that is serious about finding the house of their dreams.

Elaine was always responsive at all hours of the day and night and was very prompt in returning phone calls, email or texts as well as scheduling viewings to fit our schedule. Elaine held our hand throughout the entire purchase process and answered all of our questions or investigated if she did not have an answer. We are very happy we chose her as our realtor.

We actually fired our first realtor to have Elaine find us a house. She was on the ball all the time. We felt like she was really working for us and was available when we had questions, even in the evening. She was very knowledgeable of all the intricacies of buying a house.
