Elaine Ruff

We had a great experience with Elaine Ruff. Her knowledge of the local area was invaluable. It took us 6 months to find a home, largely due to Covid-19, and the low housing inventory it caused. The extra required safety protocols were all taken care of by Elaine. She was very patient with us and asked us a lot of questions in order to understand the type of home we were looking for. Elaine was always very responsive to any questions that we had, and quickly set up showings of homes we were interested in. Elaine has also been a great resource for local contractors. We feel like we have a new friend in Elaine.

We moved from Pennsylvania to California and needed to understand the buying differences and determine where we wanted to live. Elaine stuck with us for over a year while we looked, showed us several neighborhoods and was informative and patient as we tried to determine our best fit. We strongly recommend her as an agent. She is knowledgeable about the schools and amenities of the neighborhoods. We were lucky to have found her!
