Local Knowledge & Amazing Negotiation Skills
I purchased my home sight unseen from Colorado. What could have been a completely terrifying experience, could not have been more seamless and positive. Elaine did multiple video walk thrus, helped me secure a contractor, and explained the process to me in detail. The home I purchased was listed for $500K and Elaine was able to close at $475K. In today’s market, a below ask closing price is almost unheard of. Thank you so much Elaine! I can’t wait to get back to my Jupiter beach home!
