Elaine & Dan Patterson were knowledgeable, responsive, and understanding of my family’s needs. The combination of the two together was masterful. Dan (Elaine’s son) is a capable up and coming realtor in Long Island that will follow in his mother’s footsteps. The Patterson’s sent us a baby gift, gift card and cookies after helping to close on our home. They offered a personal touch through the buying process and still have stayed in touch. I would highly recommend both Elaine & Dan. Additionally, Douglas Elliman has more transparency to the Long Island housing market as they hold a lot of the houses for sale.
