As a first time homebuyer, I had some idea of the home buying process but did not truly know what to expect. Elaine was very patient with me and explained step-by-step the entire process from the beginning to end and then some ? including pros and cons of each house, location, etc. The combination of Elaine?s experience, knowledge and resources enabled me to choose the house that is I think is right for me.
