From day one I found Elaine to be extremely knowledgeable and experienced. She knew the condo history and knew exactly what we had to do before getting it on the market. She led us through the process every inch of the way and let me know what to expect. We had alot of problems during our closing with our own title company and she found mistakes to be rectified which were not here to find but she did! I couldn’t have gotten through this sale without her. She was always available to us by phone or email day or night. I would definitely use her again and recommend her highly
