Elaine was the most reliable, responsive, and knowledgeable real estate agent I could imagine. My husband and I were relocating from the east coast of FL to the west coast. We had very limited knowledge of the area and Elaine answered 100% of our questions. If she didn’t know the answer she did whatever she could to find out. She listened to us and worked very hard to find exactly what we wanted. She often got back to us with information much sooner than she promised she would. She showed us 18 properties over 2 weekends and seemed tireless. We needed a property with water deep enough to dock our sailboat and she looked into all possible variables to make sure we found what we needed. When we decided on a property, she maintained a positive working relationship with the sellers, ensuring that our closing went smoothly. When the sellers could not find anyone to clean our new home before we moved in, Elaine went above and beyond, and cleaned for us. I would never have expected this! Above all she’s a kind person with a great sense of humor who never pressured us in any direction during any part of the process. We highly recommend Elaine Cassidy!

As far as communication skills Elaine is very proficient especially if I needed to get in touch with her by phone she answered everytime and if any paperwork needed signing she took care of it promptly no matter how many times it had to be done.
