I have had the pleasure of working with EJ Simpson for 15 years now in the Title and Escrow capacity. And, I can honestly tell you that he is one of the most honest real estate agents I know with your best interest at heart. He is well respected amongst his piers and that's always a great sign you've hired someone that is going to be working hard for you. EJ was a great realtor. He helped us sell our home in Hayward, California. He met with us initially to let us know what the process was. This was very helpful to me as it was my first time selling my home. We discussed the price, how we would like to advertise and market my home, and what he expected to have happen with the home. He shared the positive things of the home and some possible downfalls as it was a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home. I was able to provide him feedback during the process on things I liked, and if there was something that wasn't feeling right. He was open to this feedback and adjusted things to make me more comfortable. He had professional pictures taken of our home and they were beautiful and really showcased all of the features. At every step of the process he provided detail, options, and walked us through what each offer meant as well as the risk in some of the offers. We received such a great interest upfront, and didn't even get to the open house as it was supposed to be the weekend after super bowl. We weighed all of the offers and he helped us sort through them with pros and cons for each. We appreciated his openness, honesty and utmost level of professionalism. After the sale of our home he checked on us to see how we were and continues to keep in touch. If I needed to sell my current home in the future I would definitely call him as I know I consider him to be a top notch real estate professional.
