She laid out the process at the beginning and along the way, staying on top of every part of the process to make sure things keep on track. If she needed to step in and make something happen, she did. Her strategy for what to do with the house prior to sale was spot on and the house sold for more than I expected, three offers within 24 hours all over asking. And, after the A+ on handling the business, she also seemed to show up with a smile, and even lunch, when we were in the throws of packing to get out. Just fantastic. Can't recommend her more highly.
