She helped us know what to do to stage the house, and we had 2 offers on the first day at the price we had hoped to get. After that she helped us navigate the process, and everything went extremely smooth. She was extremely responsive, and answered all our questions in a fast and professional manner. I don't know where to really start. I was extremely satisfied with the service and friendship that Eileen has to offer. She has a natural ability to do this type of work. She was available to schedule her time around our limited availability and this in itself was priceless. She had educated answers to all our questions and when she wasn't sure, she took the time to research the data for us. We came in from Calif. on a whirl-wind Holiday weekend and she spent hours (I mean HOURS) showing us around Sedona and the neighboring counties. She never showed signs of fatigue or boredom (even when we were stuck in bumper to bumper traffic) She shared in our adventure like part of the family. Each property had an individual flavor and she showed an interest in the Whole Experience. After two days of property showing, we found the perfect property. Eileen was always honest and I immediately felt that I could trust her with our buying needs. She really was God-sent because we live out of state and only had a 15 day escrow. We never could've accomplished or wanted to accomplish this goal without her. We relied upon her for EVERYTHING! She professionally took care of all the contractors, inspections, utility needs and endless questions on her end and went over the call of duty on a daily basis. She has a unique passion for this line of work and I recommend her highly and would never think of using anyone else. Eileen is a wonderful person and an excellent realtor. We are from the east coast and we were looking to buy land in Arizona. Eileen worked with us for months in terms of coming up with nice properties to look at when we visited Arizona. She spent a solid week with us when we visited Arizona looking at properties and connected us with an excellent architect and builder. She helped us through the buying process and it was seamless. She has also given us professional advice for trying to sell our home in Maryland. Eileen is very experienced and hard-working and we recommend her highly.
Eileen is so friendly and personable, I liked her right away. she took me to look at quite a few houses, unfortunately, none of them worked for me. I decided to buy some property instead, but with certain limitations. she worked through the night until she found a couple of lots, one of which I did purchase. she is now helping me to sell me condo so I can get on to the next phase of my life. Eileen ended up being agent for both the buyer and myself. She told me right up front that she was there to protect the rights and interests of both of us and I feel that she did just that. I proceeded without her a couple of times and she came to me with information on why that was not a good idea, or how I should proceed and showed her interest in my well being. In the negotiations she explained all the relevant information, ran numbers etc. to help me make informed decisions and get the best deal I could. I know she went the extra mile to work out some difficult positions we both made for ourselves and even answered her phone at close to midnight a few times when the buyer " just had to ask one more question". I would have killed him but she (and her husband) refrained and made him happy. That's service above and beyond what most people get.
