It's been my experience that Eileen is very prompt when answering any questions. She is also attentive to details and answers her phone when I called her, She has handled the sale of my deceased father's home and basically held my hand through that difficult ordeal. If I lived in Oregon and wanted to sell any of my property, she would get the first call from me.
